The GMCO chronicler's library and open record book
Beyond the Fortress Beyond the Fortress — Janusz, Phoenix Tanks and the WAX Frontier

The last chronicle left the Guardians building their foundations.

Since then, the work has moved beyond the gates.

GMCO remains the home of Ghost Hoover, community testing and Guardian tools. But the ecosystem now reaches further: a living browser strategy game, a growing tank arena and a separate blockchain development track with verified WAX testnet transactions.

This is not a declaration that everything is finished. It is a clearer account of what already works — and what we are building next.

GMCO — A FRONT DOOR THAT CAN GROW

The main GMCO landing has been rebuilt around real, readable HTML instead of text locked inside a static image.

Navigation, descriptions and buttons now support English, Polish, Romanian and Indonesian. The fortress keeps its visual identity, while the content becomes accessible, translatable and easier to maintain.

Janusz Fortress also receives a dedicated place on the homepage, separate from the paid Premium advertising slot.

JANUSZ FORTRESS — THE FORTRESS IS ALIVE

Janusz Fortress has grown into a browser strategy game with persistent, server-side progression.

Players develop buildings, manage resources, advance their careers and build their place in the world. Gang territory and military systems extend that foundation, with further work covering garrisons, logistics, NPC operations and larger campaigns.

The next stages are not just “more buildings.” They include deeper strategic decisions, clearer onboarding, balancing and production verification of the expanding systems.

Premium, tickets and external rewards remain distinct parts of the economy. Ordinary game resources are not presented as cryptocurrency, and the game does not promise earnings.

PHOENIX TANK ARENA — FROM RUN TO HANGAR

BoltCrypto’s Phoenix Tank Arena now has a playable combat loop, verified session results and a server-backed ranking.

The battlefield is only one part of progression. Accepted runs feed a persistent Hangar, where SCRAP supports permanent upgrades for individual tank models. Eleven tank models provide the foundation for distinct classes and future specialisation.

Further development covers class balancing, combat polish, doctrines and advanced Hangar progression.

Authoritative multiplayer and controlled events remain separate milestones. We will not label them released before they have passed their own implementation and acceptance tests.

WAX — REAL TESTNET PROGRESS, NOT A MAINNET CLAIM

The blockchain track centres on Tower Defense and WAX.

The Tower Defense contract has been deployed on WAX testnet. Tests have verified two-player deposits, settlement with a winner payout, and cancellation with a full refund.

A restricted signer and scheduled worker provide another operational foundation without placing private keys in the public application.

Wallet acceptance, NFT ownership and deck validation, complete browser matches and chain synchronisation still require further verification. Mainnet remains a separate future release, subject to readiness and security review.

Testnet success is meaningful progress. It is not a substitute for production readiness.

THE ROADMAP — MORE DETAIL, LESS GUESSWORK

The roadmap now contains 30 cards.

The expansion adds twelve dedicated modules across Janusz Fortress, Phoenix Tank Arena and WAX, with 36 individual milestones. Game foundations, territory, armies, rewards, tank progression, multiplayer, wallets, NFTs and blockchain operations are no longer compressed into a few broad promises.

Existing stages remain visible. Completed milestones, work in development and future plans must remain distinguishable.

The ecosystem is growing, but each part has to earn its status.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

The immediate direction is practical: finish the open verification steps, improve the player experience and keep the public roadmap aligned with real progress.

No invented launch dates. No testnet dressed up as mainnet. No unfinished feature quietly marked complete.

The gates are open. The work continues.
